Changelog
Added soft whitelists! When using hash mode, mods within the soft whitelist will be allowed alongside the modpack. This allows clients to use optional client mods that the owner has allowed.
For example: Server is using hash mode with Fabric API and InertiaAntiCheat, with Sodium within soft whitelist.
Clients will be able to join with Fabric API and InertiaAntiCheat, or Fabric API, InertiaAntiCheat and Sodium.
