Fix blocks disappearing at high speeds
Add config screen (available through ModMenu)
Add Squash & Stretch blacklist -> blocks on this list will not be squished, even with squishing enabled. Includes anvils by default
Add parameters to control minimum squish and squish rate with speed
Add support for primed TNT
Add janky support for minecarts (very janky, don't bother reporting bugs for this setting)
