Final release. No more early access updates. At least for now.
- Fixed recipe book filter toggle height when it's ON
- Now uses OptiGUI's ini files for chest, trapped chest, ender chest, barrel, colored shulkers
- Changed generic_54 texture to a generic container instead of a barrel
