NO LONGER NEEDED SINCE ORIGINS++ V2.4

The original mod's dev merged my pull request and the issue's fixed, if needed you can still use this on any older version though

fixes the bugs listed in this issue on the origins++ github, listed as:

  • Mana bugs not spawning at all
  • Powers drain mana even when they fail to activate

pretty simple and easy fixes
