Ported to 1.21.1 and removed some unused textures.

TNTs cannot be lit with a flint and steel in this version, they need an explosion or redstone, and also have no countdown (unlike in the forge version) At some point I may see if I can add in a countdown system but the one I had for forge can't be ported over so I'll need to work something out for that from scratch.
All the TNTs still work, although Cosmic TNT was removed as it was not compatible.

In addition to the explosions, Kraken Nuke and Ultra Nuke delete nearby dropped items after exploding, to prevent entity lag from the 21k+ drops
