A useful fletching table
The fletching table now actually has a GUI, useful for crafting arrows at a reduced cost. Additionally, it can make use of iron nuggets as arrowheads!

Special arrows!
The fletching table even allows making spectral and tipped arrows. Tipped arrows no longer require lingering potions, but can instead be made with splash potions!
