This took too long to figure out and it's basically a bandaid fix, I intended something much less clunky but more complex, but couldn't figure out how to do it... But hey, this works. For now.

Fixed texture folder name and model JSON for 1.19.3 and above.
Should still work just fine in older versions!

-Updated watch texture to be (subjectively) nicer
-Moved the day/night indicator yet again, still not terribly happy with its location
-Updated pack format to 1.18, should still work on all modern versions until the clock or resource pack format changes drastically though
-Moved the coloured day/night display to the top of the watch so you can actually see it when held in your hand.
-Updated Pack Format to 1.17 (if I remember correctly). This shouldn't actually change any compatability.

-Definitely works anywhere between 1.13 and 1.19, probably works as far back as 1.9, might work on earlier versions too but compatability is not guarenteed.
-This version has the day/night indicator on the bottom of the watch, and it was pointed out to me that it gets covered up by the player's hand, so future versions moved it. Keeping this version in case someone likes it anyway.
